I think in the Harvey Weinstein cases everyone knew pieces of it but not, they couldn't imagine the whole. People had heard little stories but not enough of them. And I think what's interesting is that the women coming forward to talk about their stories wanted to talk to other women about them. Once you get them as a group, it was really interesting. Well all you need is one person to come forward and then other people come forward. In that you're on the board of a tech company. Lots of guys at Snap. Not enough women in management positions there. It's pretty much all of them.
