Sailor Bill tillman used to sail all over the world, down to antarctic and ti an the other in terrible, old wooden boats that were tha. Everything was cooked on a wan burn of paraffin stove. He'd been through hell and theug nothing else could be as bad as that. And he couldn't believe why should you considerto e uncomfortable on this old and sinking boat? It's not as bad as if he were in the trenches. But his advice is a very suctinct piece of advice. If you want to go to sea, put on your life jacket, put onyour skin and go. That would be my philosophy. I
