I find the irony for me is being a guest on a podcast is hard at work than being a host because I've gotten out. So it's, what I do really enjoy about it is just being able to kind of guide the conversation in the way that you wanted to like knowing what people are comfortable talking about and trying to get people to tell that story in an effective way.
