Deep Canvassing - The Persuasive Technique
In the book, i spent time with people who were in cults and pseudo cults and conspiratorial communities. I would love to learn more about their techniques. With deep canvassing, they've had almost 20 thousand conversations recorded on vidier. They throw away what doesn't work, keep what does, reiterate and then land on something that works consistently. And so it all suggested like there's something very mental about how the brain works when it gets into a situation of: ok, you have a perspective, i have a perspective. Let's sort this out sort of thing.
