How to Move Through Fear and Discomfort

Toyo: I'm quite familiar with the feeling of discomfort and of fear. And then when it comes to moving through these things, because i see you as some one who acts and moves a lot. You create a lot of things. You have an impact in the world. That's what i see happening. So when you speak now about the way in which you've held yourself back from acting because you know, of the belief that perhaps you're not good enough, it feels to me as if you were also surmounting that. Do you have a specific practice there that helps you to move through those beliefs? Yes.
