We are hardwired for pleasure. If you do not consciously have a lifestyle that includes pleasure, you are going to get it one way or another. Eat only regular whole food. Watch your taste buds change. The cells in your body turn over every single one of them every seven years. You want to retrain yourself to really savor good food. Do a cleanse detox from the MSG, from all the food additives and dyes. Don't just go on the outside of the grocery store. That's where all the danger isjust the outside where the real food is. Just give it a try. And I think you'll be shocked if you just eat real foods.
