How you manage a patient ultimately depends on where the patient is and her pregnancy. Some parents feel complications are too much, the diagnosis is too complex, and they end up terminating the entire pregnancy. One of the older methods of dealing with twin twin transition cyndrom is known as amer reduction. The idea is that the excess amiatic fluid can cause over distension and potential pretermn ctions in pretermed labor which can result in a preterm delivery.
