Am, in your position as a medical doctor, do you think about, or should should people who are advising president byden and other leaders think about the politics of this? Am, specially coming off the trump administrationd labans there, and hisis what he's said about african countries. Imno, doing the right thing and no one following you does no good. You have to pay attention to public legitimacy and public sentiment. And it's hard to get everything perfect, because part of what you do when you make policyes o change people's attitude.
