How Much Time Should You Spend in Maintenance Training?
We don't really know how much those skills can grow. We know they can grow through environment and intervention, but we don't know whether therear, how strong the genetic constraints are on those factors. It may well be that characteristics like grip, resilience and mental toughness may allow athletes to engage more so in growth training. But i think it's a very interesting question. Nicky, did you have any thoughts? I do have lots of thoughts. 'm trying to figure outest to convey them.
