Is Copart's Proxies a Compounder Bro Porn?
This market, in my opinion, is not just going to disappear. And the thing I would add to it from a qualitative perspective is that it's a family business. The CEO is a major shareholder and has been with the company for a very long time. When you have that really deep knowledge of the industry, you can do things a little bit better even if it's a more competitive industry.I don't think I've ever read a proxy quite like Copart's proxy. People should go read how they compensate and everything. It is absolutely incredible.
