Complexity in the Workplace

Complexity is not some abstract, academic concept that doesn't have any application close to home. It's something that goes way beyond common management best practices and it really looks at the emergent human omena. And from what we learn by observing an organization as a complex system, we can create loose frameworks and cesses that enable things to be more adaptive. So we can introduce boundaries and look for patterns in the feedback and begin to incorporate failure and flexibility so that the system bends instead of breaking.
