How to Refeed Your Calories to Maintain Your Lean Levels

The reasonable caloric surplus it probably doesn't have to be that large and in many depending on the strategy so like I mentioned before that if you have a longer time course like you're doing a diet break for a week you may decide to bring their calories to a maintenance level with no surplus. If it's for a run of multiple days same thing you might do three days a week where you bring them to a maintenancelevel and go a bit more aggressive of a deficit on the other days but if it's just a one day kind of refeed thing then you that person can obviously go into a refeed.
