In the food business, especially if you're doing innovation, you begin with lab scale. Think of a difference between a kitchen where you make a cake and your kitchen in a factory when you produce tons of that thing every day. We use solutions that are tasty and cheap so we can produce on mass scale because animal protein is produced mass scale. So this is a startup that is although we are just a baby startup two years old, we are always aiming to talk like the big player.
