The Importance of Mission Driven Meditation
Buddhism and meditation should enhance well being both in the long term and right now, you know. I took like cold showers every day for like over a year just to practice equanimity. And I think it had its value in made the day maybe a little bit more focused. But to be completely honest, I think the rubber beer approach of trying to make it feel good in the moment and also in the longterm is just better.
