The Importance of Advice of Council
I'm not sure I needed from the defense. You know, I still do think that one needs to be careful. It is a big deal to bring particular kind of charge when you were in the administration of a particular person who will almost certainly be the political rival for the presidency against the target. That's something that, potentially, they're thinking about and that is very much in the ether. And it's not a legal argument. The more pedestrian argument, I think, is advice of counsel.
