At Sudbury Valley School, they do all the discipline democratically. They take the ancient Greek thing very seriously. The rules are democratically voted on and then if there's a violation, the whole school can get together and determine what to do with the person. If you witness someone violating some rule, then you'll write what's called a complaint.
