The Importance of Prayer

Father Gregory: I pray first thing in the morning. He says that prayer is about thinking about God, not casting our nets out into a vast void of prayer. The Eucharist "is the source and summit of our life," Father Gregory says. All that we do as Christians leads to that union with God, but also other sacraments such as penance or confirmation.
