The Middle Kingdom of Modern China, You Know?

It would certainly take someone with a whole lot o pull to make a move like this happen. It's been around a little more than 200 years. The predecessor of the predecessors of modern china literally date back in the mythology. So maybe, to heaven's point, maybe this regionalism is something that is seen as a possible, long term's threat to the status quo. But if that's the case, i'm thinking out loud here, then why does moving it a few miles matter? You know what i mean? You still would have the problem, would you not?
