The Importance of Consistency in a Team
Coaching is about building teams, developing leaders and skilled basketball players. I do that by teaching them principles that will help them in their lives the rest of their lives. That's what brings me every day is it's certainly not the millions of dollars. It's the joy of seeing them overcome to succeed. And so helping them recognize that as like, "That's why I'm doing this" was really important out of the gates.
