Do You Know Where the Growth Is Going?

We bought in really good neighborhoods, we had a class schools. We helped thousands of people do the same. And this was at the top of the market, right? It was like 2005, 2006. And yet when everything crashed a few years later, those properties stayed rented because they were near jobs. This is not your parents' economy and it's not your grandparents' economy. You know, so when you go to other places like you look at Florida or Lando Jacksonville, these areas have diversified employment centers now. Not they didn't 10 years ago. So really sticking with those dynamics of job growth, population growth and affordability and infrastructure, I feel really comfortable even investing today.
