What's the Bottom Up Approach?
In the past ad been quite big, because it was very oriented around having each person as their own business. I like to have tightenit am and very research focused. We are a group of five, and soon to be six, once a my new hire comes on board,. So we're not a very large group, but we're kind of divided between a couple of people that are dedicated toward research... And then my role is to synthesize it altogether ... To take advantage of the experience that i do have to try to make to guide things intelligentlyand to blend it all together.
