The Rule of Three in Rhetoric
I thought it was quite interesting that lots of these things seem to be quite easily met, and then some are a bit more dubious. I've been in meetings before about speeches where the policy isn't really standing up. So the process of trying to write a speech about it kind of brings the policy down before it even sees the light of day. They will have gone over this many, many times. But they will thought very carefully about how they phrase all this and whether they can meet these pledges.
