The Plumb Line in Zaruba Bell's Hand

Zachariah chapter four, verse number 10 says this: Do not despise these small beginnings for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin. He said that I love to see the plumb line in Zaruba Bell's hand. A plumb line dates all the way back to Egypt over 4,000 years ago. It's basically a string that has a weight on the end of it and that's how they were able to measure structures exactly.
