The Cost of Education in the West Is Less Expensive

The cost per student at a public school rivals the cost at a four year institution tuition and fees. Mississippi perhaps being the hold out there. On the low end, we're seeing roughly half the amount of spending as we do on the high end. I guess that we can conclude that education in the West is much less expensive.
