Is the Job Description a Barrier to Super Powers?

Do you have an optimal combination of super powers? Is that possible? Or is it just a snowflake hing? I don't know that the job description limits super powers, but i think more about how do you use those things together, verses separately. There are many ways to v accountabilities in particular raw and then the different ways that you go about it. You could have somebody, you could have ten people in the same role who each represented to different por power. They could all be excellent in that role. I don't think the job description holds them back. I think it's about how you let people show up and play to their strengths. Yes.
