Peter Kent: It's so critical to bring the qualitative research perspective into a trial. I think we're getting much better and understanding the value of qualitative research, Cleo says. As you both describing, there's so much to this that's about understanding people's experiences which doesn't lend itself to numbers. You need the qualitative research to really understand what's going on there.
