That is really assential message to be taken home. There is nothing so good that it cannot er have negative consequences. This, unfortunately, leads to extremism. As a psychiatrist, one of the hardest things to deal with is a person who believes they should be a perfect and are therefore in denial about their imperfections. These people become very stressed, anxious and unhappy,. They actually spread anxiety and unhappiness around them in their families.
