The Psychology of Races

After losing a race, you'd then park it after doing the review of what can we do better. You don't keep haranguing each other or criticising over past mistakes. The reality was they were just quicker than us. There's no point beating itself up about the strategy. So again, it's focusing on the things that are the reality, rather than the fiction. I also think there's a real value in that conversation for everyone to hear,. because i think that we all have these times where opinion, or the words or the actions of other people bother us. And nacturally, what really matters in that situation is the fact that we know the truth.
