There's been just more literature coming out kind of relatively like every few months and there's a grown body of evidence for it now. And that is kind of range of motion as it pertains typography. So I certainly think the literature is quite compelling that at least in certain muscles, there is a benefit to or that the long length has superior effects than the shortened length positions of training.
