Machine Learning and MLOps - What's the Biggest Change?

In 2018 there was only like a handful of mops companies most of them doing competing versions of experiment tracking mostly. MLOps means something more than experiment tracking and how to run pipelines now I think first of all obviously you look at how many MMS companies existed then does this now it's like two orders of magnitude more. There wasn't awareness of professionals yet that MLOp meant something more than experimenting with data.
