Is There a Problem?

Meadows: I started seeing this behavior come out of the Supreme Court and it just got weirder and weirder. So I thought, okay, we're gonna have to take a really hard look at this. And in those 72 decisions where there was clearly a big Republican donor interest, where the case broke five to four and where it was partisan, it was 72 to zero. Meadows: If you're a lawyer taking a discrimination case or a bias case into court, based on statistical evidence, circumstantial statistical evidence, and you can show 72 to zero, that case is settling.
