The Importance of Emotional Feedback
Kimberly Cevallos: I was really struck by what Jason said and by what Kim, you were just sharing around this idea that it's really a chance to show how much you care. And as someone who sometimes is a little bit obtuse about getting feedback, it's not that I get over emotional sometimes. It's like, I would not react in that way. So can I just tell them to stop being sensitive? Wouldn't that be fine? She says she often encourages people to try to separate the sort of emotion with the actual action or reaction that the person has to the feedback. "It does really build trust"
