There's a multitude of ways to programm a runner for strength training. The biggest feedback that i get er from distance runners and in the coaches is that its like youe expecting me to go ad to go and join a jim o. And again, pliometric training can be virtually done anywhere. As long as you've got small space to do it and something to either jump on or off, or jump over a then you can do plimetric training. That's probably the train activity the runners will get the biggest bang for their buck in terms of strength training.
