What's Happening in the United States?

The parties have a vested interest in throwing as wide of a net as possible so they can get that extra marginal vote. When politics shifts, those factional alliances don't make sense anymore and so they have to evolve. And if you look at what has happened so far, none of it supports globalization. No one in Washington wants to talk about globalization in a positive light because the unions are at stake.
