Are the problems that am sin here, are they things that are likely to follow me elsewhere? It's not always easy to answer that question, but it's certainly something you want to consider. Am i making connections that might be useful later on, which would be a reason why to stay - even if it's not the job b wantin five, seven, ten years? Ok? Ye. That's really important to consider. And so the last question, am i position for the future career that i want? So, of course, this ne tates that you have some sense of what you want to do in the future. But even thinking about things like, am i learning?
We all go through periods at work when we think, I am done with this job and ready to move on. But are you really ready to leave your team and your company? You owe it to your career and your future self to make that decision carefully.
