A lot of enterprise businesses are adding more in that direction. They're recognizing that they're removing friction and letting people into the products. I think developers just have this really innate ability to instantly judge, but the instant judgment is actually based on their experience to date. So reaching out to a developer, know what they're interested in, know what their challenges are - it's marketing 101. And just being interested in them and understanding what challenges they're trying to overcome automatically makes you more trusted.
