The Future of Larnino

The World Meteorology Organization, that's the UN body of meteorology, are going for about a 90% chance of an El Nino. The Bureau kind of hesitating because there have been instances in the past where we've had this strong ocean signal of Larnino and then it fizzled. But I think currently all the weather organizations and all the moles are really pointing to an El NINO developing within the next year or three years.
