A week ago, on my side of the island, the power kept going out over and over and over. And we literally were going like 12 hours a day without electricity. A practical example of that is, i'm in porto rico, and porto rICO has power outage and shortage problems as well. So maybe a rich person can afford to pay this fancy offset and to do all this stuff. But for poor and middle class people, they can't necessarily afford it.
