How to Calculate Closing Costs
Closing costs are just a set of fees that are part of every transaction. Both buyers and sellers have to pay those fees to compensate all of the people that facilitate the transaction for them. Give or take, you can do a rough calculation. Just save about two to three percent of the purchase price to cover for closing costs.
