The US and Western Allies Send Broken Weapons to Ukraine
The New York Times reports that Western countries have sent broken weapons into Ukraine. As of the end of 2022, the Ukrainian government paid over $800 million for arms contracts that were completely or partly unfulfilled. A group of Belarusian exiles is receiving training in Poland to prepare for a day when they return and take on President Alexander Lukashenko.
