Is There a Partnership of the Willing?

Ted: We really appreciate you taking time in your insights. I think the insight that Fred brings is that we've obviously had real issues with trading with those folks like he said who haven't been willing to do it the way we want to and that will shift to what he calls a partnership of the willing. Ultimately if we went to a policy where we were going to really only use American manufactured goods there would be a price to pay for an inflation that I don't think our consumers are going to want to pay.
