As long as you have capacity and you don't have a filter, you will exceed your capacity. I'm perfectly capable of being comfortable with the amount of work i get done in a day, yet hundred per cent confident about my ability to do it all. The more focus we have on accomplishing more, that's a forever growing snowball that eventually burns out and smashes into a wall at the bottom of the hill. It just does not go well, correct?
