Meditation - Is There a Hierarchy?
Sitting long enough, there comes a time where you lose the sense of where you end and the rest of the world begins. It may something as basic as no longer feeling where your leg ends and the cushion you're sitting on begins. And then when we stand up from our meditation, i look for opportunities all day long to experience oneness with some one or something else. So yes, it's not cautionary in terms of the reality of becoming completely in union. No. That is where we're headed,. But also staying on the ground of really working at practising to get where we want - absolutely.
