The Link Is Not the Link, but the Hit Area

You're not supposed to put interactive elements inside a label. If you do, your users are going to throw up and say they can't click on the link. I feel like the right thing should be the row or the whole area. That's wider than just the link, but  you tell me what's more accessible still. Anything else on the CSS side? Like, what's confusing people?
