Juan: I think we both have a very similar take on this, the sort of the importance of soft skills in addition to hard skills. It is critical that you be able to understand the business and those that you know have an understanding of the business are actually going to probably be more successful than people who have high technical and low business acumen. And so, honest no BS be very blunt around this stuff. If you are a data tech person, and you want to have a successful career and grow and make a lot of money and what, but you do not want to go understand the business. You will be you will not succeed.
