Is There a Barrier to Meeting in Person?

i live in carcentric america. It seems a lot of us can't drive, so that's a barrier right there. What keeps people from meeting in person is a little bit more internal. May be related to vulnerability or anxiety or something like that. If there's a real geographical barrier that necessitates a different approach, does that make sense? Yes. So i'm just trind that's why i'm asking questions about eno driving and stuff like that.
