Trail Running - Soft Surfaces and Entrails

A lot of trails are quite hard packed dirt, so they're not actually that soft. It's almost only in our head that they are soft, because it's not as fault i is. But roachs very true,. But they're also unpredictable. And so i'm not sure that the whole idea, like stiffening the lower limb on soft surfaces, is only because of soft surfaces. It's also because when you stiffen the lower limb, you limit the possibility for joint motions. If you run at night on a hard surface, this you can't see the ground very well, you will also stiffen your lower limb, and so on. So you'll stiffen though
