Is There a Diversity Problem in Computer Science?

i never really real that there was a diversity problem in world, because when i was growing up, my parents were saying like, when you grow up, you can do anything. But then when i went to college, i studied at use berkeley, and i was in the intro computer science class. I realized that i couldn't actually remember, in the forty student section that i set in, whether there was another female classmate. And later, i was working at arbeam b and there were a lot of new grads and female developers, Actually, that were fresh out of college. It's veryfrusting to feel like theirs like this glass ceiling.
