Via and the Division Del Norte

Pancho VIA started 1913 as a fugitive on the run from the law after a daring jailbreak. By the end of 1913, he's going to be the governor of Chihuahua. His intention now was to capture Juarez, which was still held by federal forces. He surrounded the city but Juarez is very well defended and the rebels had no clear path into the city. A bit of old bandit cunning showed up when they hijacked a train that regularly traveled between Juarez andChihuahua City. They got a hold of conductor before he could report his hijacking back to Juarez. The story behind Panchovia Grille continues in this week's
