Public spaces are run for commercial profit one way or the other. Pubs a social space. It is run to make a profit, it has to close. If schools have to be socially distant, you need more space for class room. You can start to get quite creative about some of this. And if if you have very large office boxes or empty then then why not do vertical gardening, this sort of thingn why? Why not start to really so think creatively about what you might do with some of this?"
